Henry Phish

Seems like a long time since my colleage days.  It’s been about five years now…not quite…but we’re getting close.  I’ve been looking back at some of my old multimedia work and I decided to put some of it up on www.youtube.com just for kicks.

The first one I posted was called Still Life.  It was my senior thesis project back in the day.  It was an interesting idea, but very art school.

Well seeing as there seems to be a trend in the type of searches we’ve been getting on the site, I find it ironic that a friend of mine sent me this link.  It seems, that beyond the normal reasons to promote ethenol use, you can also drink it…imagine that.  Wine, beer, spirits…and you can power your car with it….you’ve got to love it.

Check out this site to build your own alcohol reflux still.  They show you how to do it as well as providing most of the basic supplies.

My friend, he just likes drinking the stuff…what you do with this contraption is up to you:)

I’m not sure what to say about this.  I haven’t spent much time on the guys site…and I’m not sure I want to…but this clip from his web show is certainly interesting to say the least.

I stumbled on this site while looking for a quote from Arrested Development.  Unfortunately, while I didn’t find the quote I was looking for, I found much much more.  Check out this site.  It has everthing that a fan of the show has ever dreamed of and more!

Anybody who enjoys a good Bond movie will get a kick out of this. The guy built a PC case in the form of a WMD or Weapon of Mass destruction. He even went so far as to get corporate sponsorship for his device, some companies even building spec parts to work with his system…you have to love it! Just goes to show what people can do when they put their minds to it…even if it isn’t exactly world peace

Here’s another way to spend a few minutes on the Internet. This game will test your hand-eye coordination while you try to avoid obstacles. The twist on the game is that the board actually twists while you play.

A Hawaiian court has found that you are not responsible for hitting another golfer with your ball. This is a good thing for all of us bad golfers.

The ruling specifically says that duffers who intentionally hit a ball to inflict injury, or recklessly hit the ball, aren’t exempt from liability. As for shouting “Fore!” the court said that’s simply proper golf etiquette, not a legal requirement.

Editing movie footage seems to be the cool internet fad of the moment. With each new release the editors need to find better material to mashup. This clip of Neo fighting Robocop definitely brings editing to a new level.
